This website is a static company site. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, and embeds no content from third-party servers; fonts are served exclusively from our own server. The only exception: the contact form is delivered via the service provider Formspree (see section 4). Personal data is processed only to the technically and organizationally necessary extent described below.

When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer URL).

This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically sound presentation, stability and security of the website (e.g. detecting and defending against attacks). Log files are deleted after no more than three months unless a security-related analysis is required. The website is hosted by Snooba Cloud (https://snooba.cloud). Where required, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of the message) in order to handle and answer your inquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the inquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries). The data remains with us until the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.

The contact form is delivered via the Formspree service, provided by Formspree, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4482, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. The data entered into the form is received by Formspree on our behalf and forwarded to us; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Processing may take place in the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). The website stores your language selection (German/English) under the key dallmann-locale in your browser's localStorage. This is purely functional storage without any personal reference, required to display the site as you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 of the German TDDDG). Nothing is transmitted to us or to third parties; you can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.

Personal data is only transferred to third parties where we are legally obliged to do so, where the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract, or where you use the contact form (Formspree, see section 4). In the latter case, data may be transferred to the USA, safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR). Beyond this, no data is transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.

For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption (recognizable by "https://" in the address bar). Transmitted content cannot be read by third parties. We also take technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access.
